Vance and Niecy Nash; as well as the documentary features The Bad Ass Librarians of Timbuktu, The Social Dilemma, Chasing Coral, Crows are White and They Fight.
Mimran Schur Pictures
Counsel in connection with its motion picture and television projects including The Kid featuring Dane DeHaan, Ethan Hawke and Chris Pratt (distributed in the United States by Lionsgate), Five Against a Bullet, Warrior, Stone, Rapture-Palooza, Henry’s Crime and Pawn Shop Chronicles.
Groundswell Productions
As counsel to Michael London's Groundswell Productions, negotiated $205 million in equity and debt financing for the capitalization of Groundswell's affiliated entity, Axon Film Finance I, LLC, as well as a subsequent management buy-out approximately three years later. Structured and negotiated production, financing and distribution agreements for various motion picture projects including Lola Versus, Milk, The Informant!, The Visitor, All Good Things, Appaloosa, The Marc Pease Experience, Smart People and Mysteries of Pittsburgh.

Representation in connection with the co-financing of motion pictures including The Butler, Birth of a Nation, American Made, Sanctum, Meet the Blacks and LUV.
